Fruit and Yogurt Popsicles
Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 cup of yogurt (preferably natural)½ cup of condensed milk
Fruits cut into small cubes (banana, strawberry, peach, mango)
Molds and sticks for popsicles
preparation:
In a bowl add the yogurt with the condensed milk and mix well. Reservation.In the pallet molds, which can be long and narrow cups, add some of the chopped fruit, then add the yogurt mixture to half the glass, add another bit of fruit and finish filling the glass with the yogurt .
Arrange the popsicle stick and immediately take it to the freezer for at least two hours or until they are firm.
In the bottom of the glass you can decorate with cereal or crushed cookies.
