Rice with Chipi - Chipi
This is a different recipe and easy to prepare, the ingredients are for 4 medium portions, we can change them by saving the measurements. It takes us about an hour to have it ready to serve.
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ pound of rice- ½ envelope of seafood soup
- 2 cups of water
- ½ small red paprika, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- ¼ chipi-chipi washed very well
PREPARATION:
Sauté the onion in the oil until it is transparent, add the rice with the seafood soup dissolved in water, add the chipi-chipi with the paprika and mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.Let it boil until it dries, cover and lower the heat until it opens the grain.
When serving, mix gently and ready.
We can use a ceramic container to take to the table.
