Hoop Rice

If you want to enjoy a different and delicious recipe, but with a traditional ingredient we share this recipe , it is ideal to try different flavors, it is also very easy to prepare.

Ingredients for 4 people:

• 1 pound of rice
• 100 grams of diced chicken
• 100 grams of beef or
• diced pork 2 chopped sausages
• 2 eggs
• 50 grams of chives, chopped into small pieces
• 1 red paprika cut into strips
• 2 tablespoon grated ginger
• Soy sauce
• Vegetable oil
• Salt

Preparation:

Prepare the rice in a traditional way, but with less salt or without any salt since the soy sauce contains salt. Apart, beat the eggs and make an omelet, at the end cut the tortilla into small pieces of maximum 2cms.

In a pan add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and first fry the scallions, paprika and ginger, a few minutes later add the chicken and meat in 2cms cubes and sausages, mix and sauté for 5 minutes, add soy sauce to taste , we recommend you add at least 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, mix and let stir for 5 more minutes, verify that the meats are fully cooked and add the rice and egg pieces, add 5 more tablespoons of soy sauce and mix everything very well , leave a few more minutes for the flavors to mix and remove from heat.
